Our Done-for-You (DFY) service takes the stress out of setting up domains and professional email accounts for your outreach. Instead of you needing to buy domains separately, set up hosting, and manually configure all the technical records (SPF, DKIM, etc.), we handle everything for you.
All you need to do is place the order, and we’ll deliver ready-to-use email accounts that are fully optimized for sending.
Here’s how it works and how you can get started.
Pricing Breakdown
Domain → $13/year (recurring)
Email Account → $3.50/month per account
Setup Fee → $1 for each domain + $1 per email account (one-time only)
⚠️ Note: Each domain requires a minimum of 3 email accounts. This is how our system is set up.
Example:
For 1 domain + 3 email accounts →
Domain: $13/year
Emails: $10.50/month ($3.50 × 3)
Setup Fees: $4 (domain $1 + 3 accounts × $1 each, one-time)
How to Buy Email Accounts with Done-for-You
Step 1: Go to Your Account Section
After logging in to success.ai, click on the Account section.
Step 2: Connect a New Account
Click Connect New Account.
Step 3: Select Done-for-You
You’ll see multiple options (Gmail, Microsoft, and other providers). Select Done-for-You.
Step 4: Open the Domains Order Status Page
You’ll be redirected to the Domains Order Status page.
Click Add New Order.
Step 5: Choose GSuite
Currently, we only support GSuite for Done-for-You. Select GSuite.
Step 6: Search and Select a Domain
Enter your desired domain name in the box to check availability.
If available, select the one you want.
You can check for multiple options if you’d like.
⚠️ Important: Be sure to tick this box before continuing:
“Selected domains may occasionally become unavailable during purchase. In such cases, we’ll choose the most similar available ones based on your selected keyword.”
Click Next.
Step 7: Enter Forwarding Domain
Provide a forwarding domain (e.g. https://www.example.com).
This is where visitors will be redirected if they type your purchased domain into their browser.
Step 8: Provide Email Account Details
Fill in the details for each account:
First Name
Last Name
The system will then suggest usernames for your email accounts.
Step 9: Place Your Order
Review your selections and click Place Order.

A: Once you place your order, setup is typically completed within a short time. You’ll get fully working emails without having to touch DNS or technical records.
Q: Why do I need a forwarding domain?
A: The forwarding domain ensures visitors are redirected to your main site if they type in your outreach domain.
