Adding or Deleting Leads from a List

With the List feature, you can easily add new leads to a list or remove existing ones. Here’s how to do both:


Adding Data to a List

Step 1: Open the List Page

Go to the List page from the left sidebar.

Step 2: Select a List

Choose the list where you want to add data.

Step 3: Import Leads

Click the Import button.

Step 4: Upload CSV File

  • Upload your CSV file.

  • Map your CSV fields to the system fields (e.g., Name, Email, Company).

  • Click Upload to complete the process.

That’s it — your leads will be added to the list.


Deleting Data from a List

Step 1: Open the List Page

Go to the List page.

Step 2: Select a List

Choose the list that contains the leads you want to remove.

Step 3: Select Leads to Remove

You can either:

  • Use range selection to select multiple leads, or


  • Check individual boxes next to the leads you want to delete.

Step 4: Delete Leads

Click the trash icon to remove the selected leads.
