Follow these steps to upload leads using a CSV file.
Go to the Campaigns and select the specific campaign you want to add leads to.
2. In your campaign, find and click on the ‘Import’ option in the Lead section.
3. A menu will pop up. Select the ‘Upload CSV’ option.
4. Choose the CSV file that contains the leads you want to import. Make sure the CSV file has headers.
Success.ai will automatically detect the headers from your CSV file. Ensure that you map these fields correctly. Leads without emails will be automatically skipped.
The ‘Check for duplicates across all campaigns’ option will automatically remove any leads that are already present in any of your other campaigns.
5. Once you’ve completed these steps, click ‘Upload All’ to finish the process.
