1. Upon successful login, click on the 3 dots next to your name, then select Support Center from the left navigation bar. Doing so takes you to the Support Center screen.
2. Here, support resources are displayed via 2 cards that include the Knowledge Center and Contact
3. To access the knowledge center, click the Check Article button from the Knowledge Center card.
4. To contact Success.ai support via email, click the Contact Us button from Contact card.
5. To access the live chat feature with someone from the Success.ai support personnel, click the Live Chat button.
