1. Upon successful login, click Support Center from the left navigation bar. Doing so takes you to the Support Center screen.
2. Here, support resources are displayed via three cards that include Knowledge Center, Contact, and Documentation.
3. To access the knowledge center, click the Check Article button from Knowledge Center card.
4. To contact Success.ai support via email, click the Contact Us button from Contact card.
5. To access the live chat feature with someone from the Success.ai support personnel, click the Live Chat button.
6. To view API documentation for Success.ai, click the Check API Documentation button from the Documentation card.
