To successfully connect your Google account with Success.ai using the app password method, the following 3 steps are required:

2. Click on "Security".

3. Click on “Two-step verification is off”

4. Click on "Get started"

5. Click on "Continue"

6. Enter your phone number, select a mode of getting the verification code i.e. call/message, and click on "Send".

7. Enter the code you have received on your phone and click on "Next".

8. Click on "Turn On".

Great, your 2-step verification is now turned on, you can proceed to the next step of generating an app password

Once your two-step verification is turned on you can now create an app password. To create an app password please follow this guide.

2. Enter the app name i.e. Success.ai and click on "Create".

3. Copy this password and click "Done".

Use this password to sign in to success.ai in the next step.

Once you have the app password you can now connect your account with success.ai

2. Click the + Connect New Account button located at the top-right side.

3. This takes you to the Connect a new email account screen. Click on "Any Email Provider".

4. Select individual or bulk option depending on what you want.

5. From the screen that follows, fill out the details".

6. Then click on next. If you have an app password from Step 3, enter the app password in the password section.

7. Fill in the app password along with the rest of the details and click "Next". Do the same for the SMTP section and then click on "Connect".

After clicking 'connect,' you will observe the successful addition of the email to the Success.ai dashboard.
