How to Connect Your GoDaddy Webmail to Success.ai
Updated over a week ago

We know GoDaddy offers Microsoft-hosted emails, but they also have webmail accounts that some users still want to connect to Success.ai. No worries, we've got you covered! Integrating your GoDaddy webmail is quick and easy, and we'll guide you through each step.

Click on "Add New Email Account"

First, log in to your Success.ai dashboard. Once you're there, find and click on the option to "Add New Email Account."

Select "Individual Account"

Next, you’ll be prompted to choose the type of email account you want to add. Select "Individual Account.

Fill Out Your Details and Click "Next"

Now, you’ll need to enter your email details. This includes your name, your GoDaddy email address, and your GoDaddy email password. Once you’ve filled everything out, click "Next."

Enter IMAP Settings

For the incoming mail server settings, use the following:

IMAP Host: imap.secureserver.net

Port: 993

Username: Your GoDaddy email address

Password: Your GoDaddy email password

Make sure your details are correct, then proceed to the next step.

Enter SMTP Settings

For the outgoing mail server settings, use the following:

SMTP Host: smtpout.secureserver.net

Port: 587 or 465 (you can choose either)

Username: Your GoDaddy email address

Password: Your GoDaddy email password

Double-check your entries to ensure everything is correct.

Final Steps

After entering your IMAP and SMTP settings, click "Next" or "Finish" (depending on what the button says). Success.ai will then verify your settings and connect your GoDaddy webmail account.

You're All Set!

Once your settings are verified, your GoDaddy webmail account will be connected to Success.ai. You can now send and receive emails directly through Success.ai, making your email management much more convenient.
