So, you've got your business email through Godaddy, and guess what? After connecting this account to success.ai, it keeps getting disconnected. Most times this is because of SMTP Authentication. In other to use your business email with 3rd party apps like success.ai, you need to have the SMTP authentication enabled.

In this guide, we are going to show you how to enable this via Godaddy. Please note that this is applicable to users who purchased their Microsoft business email through Godaddy. Step 1: Goto your Email & Office Dashboard 🌐

If you are not logged in you will need to use your Godaddy user details and not your email details:
