Enabling SMTP authentication in your Microsoft account is a breeze! Just follow these steps:
Head to the Microsoft Admin Center and log in.
Once logged in, select "Active Users." You can find it easily.
You'll now see a list of active users. Find the one you're working on.
Click on the display name of the user, and a handy side window will appear.
In the side window, look for the "Mail" tab and click on it. Then, select "Manage Email Apps."
Ensure that the "Authenticated SMTP" and "IMAP" options are checked. This is a crucial step!
Don't forget to save your changes! Look for the save option and click it.
