To successfully connect your Google account with Success.ai using the OAuth method, the following 3 steps are required:

We'll walk you through each of these steps in detail to ensure a smooth and secure setup process.

Note: The oAuth method is only available for business/work email accounts.

3. Click "Continue".

This action will redirect you to your Gmail account, and your IMAP should be successfully enabled. To confirm, you can verify the status by navigating to the 'Forwarding and POP/IMAP' settings.

In this step, you will need to add Success.ai as an app in your Google Admin Console, here's how to do it.

3. Click on "OAuth App name or Client ID"

4. Copy and paste the Success.ai Client ID and click "Search"

5. Select Success.ai

6. Select OAuth Client ID and click "Select"

7. Select your domain and click "Continue"

8. Select Trusted and click "Continue"

9. Click "Finish"

After completing the above process, you should see Success.ai listed under the configured apps section.

Congratulations, you have successfully given sucess.ai access to your Google Workspace. Now you should be able to add your email account to the Success.ai dashboard.

Follow this step once you have granted Success.ai access to your Workspace account.

1. Navigate to the Email Account section.

2. Click the + Connect New Account button located at the top-right side.

3. This takes you to the Connect a new email account screen. Click on "Google".

4. Click on "I confirm IMAP is enabled".

5. From the screen that follows, click on "Option 1: oAuth"

6. If you have already granted Success.ai permission to your Google Workspace, click “Sign in”.

After signing in, you will observe the successful addition of the email to the Success.ai dashboard.
