Updated over a week ago

Everyone talks about domain forwarding but most people don’t necessity understand why this is necessary.

Today, we'll delve into a few key reasons why domain forwarding is essential.

1. Marketing Campaigns: Businesses often launch unique marketing campaigns with memorable domain names. Forwarding these domains to the main website ensures that users directed to them seamlessly land at the intended destination, enhancing campaign effectiveness.

2. Acquired Domains: Companies acquire additional domains for brand protection or after purchasing existing websites. By forwarding these acquired domains to the primary website, businesses consolidate web traffic and maintain control over their brand identity.

Now, let's explore how to set up domain forwarding specifically for GoDaddy domains.

Step 1 Log in to Godaddy

  • Visit the GoDaddy website, click on 'Sign In' in the upper right corner, and enter your credentials.

  • Once signed in, you'll be redirected to your dashboard page.

Step 2 Access Domain Management:

  • Scroll down to 'All Products and Services' under 'Domains' and select 'Manage All.'"

This will redirect you to the domain’s portfolio page

Step 3: Click on any domain of your choice:
