Before making any changes, click the **Preview** button. You’ll find it here:

Step 2: Remove Extra Line Spacing

If you notice too much space between lines or paragraphs, it’s time to tidy things up! Highlight the text where the spacing seems off and remove any extra line spaces. Here's how it looks

Once you’ve removed the extra spaces, hit the **Preview** button again to see how it looks. This should help align everything just right.

Step 4: Adding Space (If Needed)

If you still need to add space between lines or paragraphs, don’t worry! Just go to the spot where you want to add space, hold down the **Shift** key, and then press **Enter**. This adds a line break without extra space. Remember to preview your email again to ensure everything is perfect.
