Understand the difference between Active leads and Leads credit.

What are Active Leads(also known as Total Stored Leads)?

To email your leads, you will need to upload them into your campaigns first. The number of leads you can upload depends on your subscription plan. 'Active leads' refers to the maximum number of contacts you can have in your campaigns at once. This is like the maximum capacity of your marketing campaigns. For instance, if your limit is 1200 active leads, it means you can have up to 1200 contacts in your campaigns at any time.

What are Lead Credits?

Lead Credits, on the other hand, represent the number of leads you can download from the Lead Finder tool or import into your campaigns. This tool helps you find potential leads to add to your marketing campaigns. If you have 1200 lead credits, you can download 1200 new leads via our Lead Finder tool or import them into your campaigns keeping in mind that you have enough active leads credit i.e. 1200 in this case.

How Do They Work Together?

Active leads and lead credits work together when you import leads from the Lead Finder tool to your campaigns. For example, if you have 1200 lead credits and 1200 active leads, you can import 1200 leads from the Lead Finder tool to your campaigns.

However, if you have more lead credits than active leads, you will not be able to import all of them into your campaigns. For example, if you have 1500 lead credits and 1200 active leads, you can only import 1200 leads from the Lead Finder tool to your campaigns. The remaining 300 lead credits will stay in your account until you have more active leads.

Disclaimer: You have the ability to download leads from our Lead Finder tool at any time, regardless of your Active Leads credit. However, when it comes to adding these leads to your campaigns, that’s when your Active Leads credit comes into play. So, while downloading leads is unrestricted, incorporating them into your campaigns is dependent on your available Active Leads credit.

What if I Need To Add More Leads To The Campaign?

If you need to add more leads to your campaigns but have reached your active leads limit, you have two options.

  1. Remove some leads from your campaigns to make room for new ones.

  2. Upgrade your subscription plan to increase your active leads limit.

How to check active lead balance?

Follow these steps to check the Active Lead Balance:

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Scroll down till you see Uploaded Contacts.

  3. Look for Active Leads Credit.
