1. Why is My Campaign Showing a “Sender Account Errors or Paused” Error?

This error means the sender's account is disconnected. Reconnect the sender account to launch your campaign.

2. What Does “Completed” Campaigns Mean?

A completed campaign means that all the leads in that specific campaign have completed all the steps in your campaign.

3. How Do I Check a Lead's Progress in a Campaign?

To see what step a specific lead is on in a sequence, go to the campaigns>leads section.

4. How Do I Enable Link Tracking in a Campaign?

Enable link tracking in a campaign by going to Campaigns> Configuration>Tracking and toggling the link tracking switch.

5. How Do I Preview an Email Before Launching a Campaign?

You can preview your email by sending a test email on your email account by following our guide to ensure all links work properly and the email is formatted correctly.

6. What Happens if a Sender Account is Disconnected from a Campaign?

If one sender account is disconnected in a multi-account campaign, the remaining accounts will continue sending emails. If there's only one account, the campaign will not function.

7. What Happens if I Remove a Sender Account Used in a Campaign?

Removing a sender account in a multi-account campaign will cause the remaining accounts to take over the email sending. If it's the only account, the campaign will cease to function.

8. How Do Leads Follow a Sequence in a Campaign?

All the leads will complete step 1 and then move to the next steps.

9. What Happens if I Add a Lead in the Middle of a Sequence?

Adding a lead in the middle of a sequence means they start from step 1. For example, if you add 10 new leads to a campaign where 100 leads are on step 2, these 10 new leads will begin from step 1.

10. What if an Email Account is Disconnected Mid-Sequence?

If an email account disconnects mid-sequence in a multi-account campaign, leads tied to that account won't receive further steps.

11. Why Aren't My Campaigns Sending the Desired Number of Emails Per Day?

This could be due to your daily email account limit overriding the campaign limit. For instance, if the sender account's daily limit is 30 emails, but the campaign's limit is 100, only 30 emails will be sent per day. Attaching more sender accounts is recommended for scaling the campaign.
