3. What Happens if My Email is Disconnected During a Campaign?

If you have only one sender account and it gets disconnected, the campaign will be paused. You can reconnect the account by following our guide. If you have multiple sender accounts and one of them gets disconnected the campaign will work as usual but the disconnected sender account will not be utilized.

4. How Do I Test My Account Connection?

Test your account connection by clicking on the 'test account' button in the email accounts section to ensure IMAP and SMTP are enabled.

5. Why Am I Getting a “Reconnect Your Account” Error?

This error indicates your account has been disconnected from the Success.ai dashboard. You'll need to reconnect it to resume functionality.
